Ruffa Gutierrez has lost 20 pounds, thanks to her "ang hirapppp" workouts!

Ruffa Gutierrez needs to lose a few more pounds before she can achieve her desired bikini body.

In 2017, Ruffa Gutierrez's main goal was to be "better and stronger."

Her realization then was, "At my age, hindi na puwede talaga yung diet na lang. It has to be really a change in lifestyle."

Hence, she made the decision to enroll in a gym last year.

Here's a video showing one of her "ang hirapppp" routine at Focus Athletics, where everyone trains like a professional athlete.

Ruffa's hard work paid off.

In an Instagram post, she highlighted the 20 pounds she lost last year.

And her goal this year? Lose another "15 pounds" by training harder.

Here's another video showing her intense training with Arnold Aninion, who is also the trainer of her twin brothers Raymond and Richard.

"I almost passed out," she wrote.
