First-time mom Kylie Padilla has lost the baby weight before her baby, Alas Joaquin, turns one on August 4.
Yesterday, June 20, the Kapuso actress posted a photo of her clad in a body-hugging shirt.
Her caption read, "My more productive days as mama. [two heart emojis] and yes i lost the baby weight but i want you to know i was happy either way.
"Fat or skinny, i was and am happy."
The 25-year-old star started working out in September 2017, but she went "all out" on food to make sure she has ample supply of breast milk for her son.
It was early this year when she became consistent in doing her fitness routine. Her partner Aljur Abrenica has been her constant gym and running buddy.
In an interview with GMA News TV's Balitatnghali, she said, "Naniniwala kasi ako na kahit na naging nanay ka na, you have to take care of yourself pa rin, you have to feel beautiful pa rin."
How did she achieve her desired weight?
"May jogging, may boxing, yung bahay namin maraming floors, so akyat baba lang ako doon."
She also returned to her first love: Muay Thai.
Before joining showbiz in 2008, the daughter of Robin Padilla trained like a fighter in Thailand.
On March 9, her Instagram post described her training, "Masakit lahat, buong katawan ko.
"Araw-araw, paggising hanggang pagtulog training lng ang nasa isip namin.
"Ang kulang lng sa 'kin nun, yung fighters mentality. Wala akong pinaglalaban.
"Ngayon, meron na."
Regarding her diet, Kylie began ordering from the planned meals of Healthy Foodie Manila sometime in March.
