Using the trending phrase "very demure, very mindful, very cutesy," she describes her health condition as the opposite of it.
Her caption reads (published as is): "Pharyngitis. Bronchitis. Not cutesy. My cough and nasal congestion. Not very demure.
"Over a week now of being sick and even missing out on some work commitments. Pushed my body too hard again. Almost our entire household got sick but I was the one who got it bad."
The 42-year-old celebrity mom explains, "From losing my voice to developing bronchitis, this is definitely a wake up call to be even more mindful.
"Mindful of my overall health and well being. Mindful of my boundaries. Mindful of where my energy goes."

IZA CONDITIONS HERSELF FOR UPCOMING COMMITMENTS
Despite the challenges, Iza sees a silver lining in the timing of her illness.
With her work and life schedule set to become even more demanding, she believes this experience is a reminder to make better choices in the weeks and months ahead.
"The silver lining here is that it all happened before work and life schedule becomes even more hectic," she writes.
"God is already reminding me that I need to make better choices in the weeks and months to come. Well noted, God. Well noted po."
Throughout her recovery, Iza expresses deep gratitude for the care she received from medical professionals: "Grateful for those who have been helping me through this journey.
"I did everything from doing a panel test, taking my medications, nebulising, to doing IV drips, acupuncture, ozone treatment and energy healing.
"Doctors, healers and nurses all making sure I bounce back to feeling strong and healthy again for work, which starts tomorrow, and all that I have lined up in the next few months. Salamat sa inyo," she relates.

Now, as she prepares to return to her work and fulfill her commitments, Iza is focused on maintaining her health, especially as she juggles her many roles.
"Moving forward with a plan to make sure I can be at my optimal health for the many hats I wear in life, especially the one I wear with most pride and joy—being Deia’s mom. [red heart emoji]."
Iza concludes: "May we all be happy, healthy, mindful and very demure. Have a blessed Sunday! [sparkles emoji]
"P.S. Thanks for all the healing love and energy! I am on the mend and your messages are making me feel even better. Much love to all of you!"
The health scare marks Iza’s first major physical illness since entering her 40s, despite her reputation for maintaining an active lifestyle.
EMBRACING AGE BY MAKING LIFESTYLE CHANGES
Back in 2017, Iza tells PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) that as she ages, she realizes the need to change her lifestyle.
"The slowing down of my metabolism is the first one! It’s so hard, ano ba!
"My history is really different… It’s really discipline with your food intake… extra discipline… If you’re not eating well, nothing’s going to happen."
She added: "Sabi ko, the things that worked for me before when I was in my—even in my late 20s and early 30s, I have to change it again!
"Dati, puyat, workout, my body will respond to it… Ngayon… hormones now come into play.
"Dati siguro, if I would hear somebody say, ‘I have to rest,’ I would be sobrang yabang siguro in my head—feeling ko, knowing myself, parang, ‘Ako, I don’t rest.’ Yung ganon
"Rest is as important as the exercise itself," she reminded.
"That’s the humbling part for me, na parang… If I don’t rest, lalo akong tataba. So, there should also be time to rest."
