Of course, celebrities are no exception—they, too, believe that health and wellness should come first and foremost in the lockdown era.

Meanwhile, Dimples attributes her child-rearing to son Alonzo to the nurture she and her husband received from their respective parents during their childhood.

“Boyet and I are blessed to have been raised by families that care for every aspect of our young life. ‘Yan sa amin ang tunay na #AlagangUnilab,” Dimples shares on her Instagram post.

Multi-hyphenate actress Jodi Sta. Maria explains how wearing many hats can take a toll on her body. She writes in her post: “Busy is an understatement for working moms like me. We are expected to be at our best all the time while juggling the many different hats we wear every day.”
