People turn to different things and routines to allow themselves to sleep well at night. As is everyone, Kapamilya heartthrob Joshua Garcia—whose day can get really hectic due to his showbiz schedule and other commitments—has them, too.

In fact, he hinted at it on his Instagram account!

In both his Instagram story and post, Joshua can be seen looking all snuggly in bed, a particular bottle visible in the pictures. His caption reads: “Excited ka na bang matulog ng mahimbing? Ako rin.”

It didn't take long for his followers to pinpoint that it was a bottle of liniment oil. And the funny thing is, a lot of his fans say they use the same product at night, too. “Lagi rin ako may Efficascent Oil, Joshua, pampatulog talaga 'yan,” one user (@joshualovescharlie_) commented.

Another user (@urdarlin_30) said, “Favorite ko rin 'yan, parang ikaw.”
