One of Joshua Garcia's goals came true early this year.
Almost five years since he joined Pinoy Big Brother: All In, the Batangueño actor bought his first property—a townhouse somewhere in Quezon City.
On February 23, the house blessing, which was attended by his screen partner Julia Barretto, was held.
It was a three-level townhouse.
"Gift ko 'yon sa Papa [Geo Garcia] ko," he told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal and) and Kapamilya showbiz writer Manila Santos on March 30, 2019.
The construction was completed last year, but the furnishings were brought in early this year.
"Okay naman siya. Ngayon, e, wala na masyadong ginagawa, kasi last time, nilalagyan ng parang mga bubong pa ganyan 'tapos ginagawa pa mga table, mga cabinet, yung mga kulang.
"Ngayon, wala na masyadong ginagawa."
The Star Magic talent clarified that he only bought one unit, and chose not to disclose the amount.
"Yung presyo, huwag na nating pag-usapan," he said.
The important thing is: It's is fully-paid.
With his eyes smiling, the 21-year-old star beamed, "Kinash ko ‘yon."
His next goal is to build his dream house.
In his previous interview with PEP.ph, he said the house's design will be inspired by his trip to Barcelona, Spain, in 2016.
