Kathryn Bernardo has been keeping up with her workout routine during the community quarantine, thanks to online workout classes and YouTube videos.
And so far, her daily workout appears to be paying off. Her muscles, especially her abs, are becoming more toned.
The Kapamilya actress said in her recent Instagram post (published as is): "Ever since the lockdown began, I swore to myself that I will work out at least 3x a week to keep my body healthy (and to offset all those junk I eat) especially at a time like this.
"Thanks to online and zoom workout classes, I actually ended up working out almost every day!
"You just need to find out the right fitness routine for you, and i swear, you'll enjoy the process along the way."
Kathryn advised her followers to start with a 15-minute workout, and choose routines based on "what your body can handle."

Kathryn's recent Instagram post also allowed her fans to view her workout space.
The Star Magic talent has installed her own Lagree fitness equipment, which requires a spacious room.
Lagree is a 45-minute high intensity, low impact workout. It is currently the favorite fitness activity of the actress.
And here is where Kathryn does her home Lagree exercises and full-body workouts.
It appears to be the entertainment room of her home.
Based on previous Instagram posts of her glam team, this room also doubles as Kathryn's dressing room.
