Drew Arellano and Iya Villania are building their first family home!
The couple posted photos from their groundbreaking ceremony yesterday, December 4, 2021.
"Today is a special day," Iya captioned in her first post. "A first for our family [house emoji]"
The future Arellano family home appeared to be situated in an elevated area, thus giving them a panoramic view of the metro.
Drew and Iya didn't disclose where they would be building their family home, but the former did mention once in an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) that he considered Rizal to be the "most feasible" place to put up their home.
The GMA-7 host told PEP.ph in November 2020: "Definitely, I can see myself living there eventually.
"It's close to my house and it's bikeable. And it's situated in an elevated area, you know what I mean?"
Drew and Iya have three kids: Primo, Leon, and Alana.
They also live with Iya's mother Elena and a couple of household helpers.
Currently, they all reside in a condo unit.
