“It's more like a tiny house po. No bedrooms. Open deck yung upper deck.

“Dun po naglalatag as tulugan.”

“More or less [PHP]1M including the lot na po.

“Started construction March 2021, napa-bless namin last December 2021, just in time for our parents' 28th wedding anniversary.

“As for our finances, we spend our money wisely. We don't just save up. We invest.”

Ang sabi ni Mik sa PEP, “We are fine with not having the latest gadgets or the most expensive shoes or clothes.

NOOD KA MUNA!

“We live a simple life.

“Credit is a no-no.

“Ang mindset namin is, if you cannot buy something in cash or pay in full, then you cannot afford it.

“Financial freedom starts when you're debt-free.”

HONOring their PARENTS

“There are times na hindi pa nagsi-sink in sa kanila, na they have their very own vacation house.

“That was a lot more than what they dreamed of as a child,” sabi ni Mik.

“They were actually part of the planning and decision making. They were very excited and happy.”

Mensahe niya, “Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the LORD your God is giving you." -Exodus 20:12

“We have always kept this verse in mind.

“Blessing overflows when you do things selflessly and when you honor your parents.”
