Neri Miranda, who prides herself as a #WaisNaMisis, adds another feather to her mompreneur cap.
She has ventured on another business that takes her to the summer capital of the Philippines, Baguio.
On February 7, 2023, Neri showed on Instagram a newly completed family rest house in Baguio that she is making available for rent.
She wrote: "Eto na ang Baguio House ng Mirandas! [emoji]
"Maliit lang yung house pero may malaking garden na pwede talagang magtakbuhan ang mga bata."

From the outside, the rest house looks like a contemporary interpretation of the colonial cottage-style homes that are common in Baguio.

Sprawling with trees around it, the hillside rest house gives a charming and cozy feel, perfect for R&R activities and intimate gatherings.
Neri described, "Good for 11 pax pero pwede naman lumagpas," Neri continued.
"Saka meron din 1 room for your driver and or your angel sa staff house. Post ko later ang photos ng staff house namin [heart emoji]
"Marami ring outdoor spaces para mas feel talaga ang ginaw ng Baguio. May space din para sa ihawan."
She pointed to the cozier part of the deal, "Ang the best tambayan namin sa pergola yung pa-sunset na hanggang pagabi dahil super ganda ng view.
"Pero kakailanganin ng makapal na jacket. Pwede ring mag bonfire habang tamang tambay with family and friends."

INTERIOR DESIGN
A blend of intricate woodwork and stone inlays make up the interior of the quaint house, giving the space a rustic vibe.

Up on the partial second-story loft, a no-frame low bed is located at the farthest end from where the stairway is.
A patterned carpet is laid out in front of two low-profile armless couch sofas. At the center is a round wooden coffee table, that ties up the floor's aesthetic.

Warm tones immediately greet the eyes as one enters the house's warm and welcoming master bedroom.
Its heavy wooden furniture and pale green accents follow the rustic style of the cottage.
A vintage art piece hanging above the bed adds aesthetic to the space.

The other bedroom is just as snug, with multipanel windows, three art pieces, olive-painted ceiling, and a cozy bed lending an air of serenity.

Deviating from the purely warm tones of the house, the kitchenette is painted in bright hues and closely resembles an industrial-style interior.

Finally, the predominantly white and modern-designed restroom gives off a minimalist feel, with the lone succulent serving as decor.

Surveying the family house, Neri beckoned in perfect timing as the city gets ready for the coming annual flower festival.
She wrote, "Kay pwede nang i-rent ang @baguiohillsidehouse! [heart emoji].
"Since Panagbenga na at marami na rin ang nagtatanong kung pwede nang i-rent ang aming munting bahay sa Baguio, kaya ayan na po, hihi!
"You can stay po sa aming munting tahanan. For inquiries po kindly text or call 09672119578."
At present, Neri’s many businesses include selling bottled gourmet tuyo, bed linens and sleepwear, apart from managing Neri’s Cottage and Neri’s Bakeshop.
