Jak Roberto gives an update about his most recent investment: a residential property.
His YouTube vlog uploaded on August 31, 2023, gearing up for the groundbreaking ceremony of his upcoming three-story home.

His caption reads (published as is): "Finally, It's happening!
"Iba pala talaga ang feelings pag sa ground breaking!
"And since magsisimula na kami ng construction, nagpaset up narin tayo ng utility truck para sa site para daw mas makatipid [emoji] Enjoy guys!"
The vlog opens with Jak upgrading his utility truck, which comes in handy while the construction of his home is underway.
"Grabe, panalo. Pogi pa. Tumangkad siya [utility truck].
"Nagdagdag ng 2 inches, napakalaki ng gulong, sobrang suwabe."
He elaborates, "Simpleng build lang ito. More on sa panghakot talaga, so magagamit to sa site.
"At the same time, pag walang hakot, dadalhin ko to sa taping. So far, magagamit ko ito ng sobra."
GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY
The latter part of the vlog show Jak standing at the site where his future home will rise.
With excitement in his voice, he says, "Nandito kami ngayon sa site.
"As you can see, ito na, malapit na kami mag-groundbreaking. Inaayos lang, sine-settle lang lahat. And then, yun na. Let's see."
After receiving instructions on what to do next, the Kapuso actor informs, "Ganun pala yun guys.
"Ako yung unang maglalagay ng buhangin, so ayan."
Facing the camera directly, he continues, "Nakita niyo na yung mga seremonyas. Ganun pala pagka mag-groundbreaking. Of course, sabi ko nga, pupunuin natin to.
"Gagawin natin lahat para matapos ang maganda, matibay, at maayos itong bahay na ito.
"Masayang-masaya lang. Iba yung pakiramdam, e. Parang, let's toast to that. Tara."
And here in this segment is when his long-time girlfriend, Barbie Forteza, makes an appearance.

The two talk about the "pulutan" delivered to the site, and thank their official fandom JakBie Worldwide.
The sisig is perfect for thier sparkling wine.
Back to the groundbreaking itself, Jak relates, "So ganun lang pala ka-basic yun.
"Kumbaga after dun sa may, ano nilagyan yung tube? Na binaon dun sa may hukay, nilagyan yung buhangin.
"Tapos ito, na-gpicture-picture na sa pagkain, nag-toast ng wine. So ayan."
He concludes, "So far, ano na lang, let's hope for the best na hindi umulan para matapos yung unang phase.
"So ayan. God bless, guys."
