A new milestone unfolds right before the eyes of celebrity couple Juancho Trivino and Joyce Pring.
In a joint social media post published on February 2, 2024, the twosome updated their followers about another accomplishment they recently clinched—the first step towards their dream home.
Photos from the groundbreaking ceremony show the pair with their children Alonso Eliam and Agnes Eleanor.

STUMBLING UPON THE PLACE
The caption began with a look back at how Juancho and Joyce's dream home started.
"Finally broke ground and asked God to bless the construction of our house which starts this year," it read.
"After a few hurdles and delays, we’re finally here."
Feeling sentimental about their new achievement, Joyce added: "I remember the months of searching for a lot.
"I was pregnant with Eliam, and Juancho and I were constantly feeling defeated over the fact that we couldn’t find a lot that we liked enough, or could afford.
"Then one day, while getting in my pregnancy steps around the village, we stumbled around this spot and I told Juancho, ‘this area would be perfect for us, kung meron lang noh?’
"When he checked in the village announcements in the clubhouse (not the internet) there were two adjacent lots for sale in that same exact spot. In a location we already loved.
"Big enough, but not too big like the ones we had seen before. And within our budget," she explained."
According to the tarpaulin from the ceremony, the #CasaTrivinoDreamHome is expected to be a two-story house.
UNWAVERING FAITH
Never losing sight of this ambition, Joyce thanked the Lord for listening to "the deepest desires" of her heart.
She furthered: "In that moment I experienced deeply what I had known all along — trusting in the Lord for His timing and provision is the greatest comfort we have.
"Not that we will always get what we ask for, but that God always knows what we need.
"Sometimes that’s a heartbreak, other times it’s a huge blessing we don’t even deserve, like these lots.
"This is all His, only ours to steward. We still feel in awe and emotional and can’t wait to see our dream home built by our friends."
