Kauna-unahang big investment ni Jayda Avanzado ang makabili ng sarili niyang condo unit.
Una niya itong inanunsiyo at pinakita sa kanyang Instagram followers noong January 2024.

Sa eksklusibong panayam ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), ibinahagi ni Jayda ang pakiramdam na magkaroon ng sariling condo unit.
“Well, yung sa unit na yun, honestly it’s been really good. I still wanna have a little, I guess, renovations.
"May mga inaayos pa po ako sa condo, but it’s been a really good experience, very fulfilling para sa akin po.
"Siguro it’s the biggest adult move that I’ve done for myself so far."
Bunga raw iyon ng kanyang pag-iipon sa edad na 21 taong gulang.
"And ayun, galing naman yun sa pinaghirapan ko po. And it just feels good that ito na yung parang medyo nagbubunga na rin po yung hardwork ko dito sa industriyang ito.
"It’s something that I hope that will be a good investment for me as well.
"I’m moving forward and yeah, I consider it a win for myself."

JAYDA HAS NOT MOVED IN YET
Hindi pa raw talaga doon nakatira si Jayda sa ngayon.
Nang tanungin kung kailan siya lilipat sa unit, sagot ni Jayda, "Well, ako po it depends.
"I don’t have an actual date per se, kasi dahil po sa ka-busy-han these past few months, I haven’t had the chance to really move in yet.
"Although, I’ve been getting there eventually, pero like I said, there’s no exact date in mind yet."
Paghahandaan pa raw niya ang paglipat sa unit at gusto niya ay may "personal touch" ang disenyo nito.
"The time will come eventually and I am taking it slow.
"Ako kasi, eventually when I move into my own space, gusto ko po it’s just the way that I like it."
NOT RUSHING THE RENOVATION
Kumuha ba siya ng interior designer o hands-on siya sa pagdisenyo ng unit?
Sagot ni Jayda, "Sa ngayon po, honestly, with the current state right now, I don’t think it’s gonna go under such major renovations yet, so I don’t think I’ve gotten to that point of actually having consulted an interior designer.
"Para po sa akin, it’s more of certain pieces of furniture. Proseso talaga siya...
"But you know, it’s habitable. Right now, it has all the right elements—it has the kitchen in there, I have the basic furniture there.
"But yun nga, before I move everything or if I do move certain things there, I wanna take my time. I don’t have a specific date yet," pagtatapos ni Jayda.
