Located in Barangay Barangka Ilaya, Mandaluyong City, this urban lifestyle condominium has its own entrance to the Boni-MRT station.
It also has its own 20,000-square-meter SM mall, which has a supermarket, cinemas, bank, hardware, medical clinic, bookstore, and a number of coffee shops and restaurants.

GA TOWERS
Right across SM Light Residences is the GA Tower, which was built in 2003.
One of its three-bedroom units was given to Yeng Constantino as her prize after winning Pinoy Dream Academy in 2007.

PIONEER WOODLANDS
Launched in 2007, Pioneer Woodlands used to be directly connected to Boni Avenue Station.
But the supposed entryway has become the site for Magsaysay Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts (MICHCA), so residents have to take the main entrance, which is more than 200 steps away from the MRT Station.

Completed in 2009, Victoria Station is a 20-story building located at the foot of GMA Kamuning Station, right beside GMA Network Center.
It's also near East Avenue, where one can find government offices such as Land Transformation Office, Philippine Statistics Authority, and Social Security System; and hospitals like East Avenue Medical Center, National Kidney and Transplant Institute, and Philippine Heart Center.

It also has a spacious and well-maintained lobby, not to mention, fast elevators.

Its amenities include skydeck and kiddie pools, play area, gym, sky lounge, and entertainment room, and sky promenade.
