One of Nikko Natividad's biggest dreams is coming true.
On Monday, November 11, 2024, the former Hashtags member announced on Instagram that he is in the process of building his dream beach house in Zambales.
The actor/comedian shared photos of the construction progress of the two-story property, which is now about 50% complete.
In his caption, he hinted that this new real estate project is a collaboration with his wife Cielo Eusebio, along with their close friends Zeus Collins and his wife Pauline Redondo.
Nikko also playfully mentioned that they had to secure a loan for this dream project, coining the term "loan of attraction," a clever twist on the popular phrase "Law of Attraction."
His full caption read (published as is): "Sabi sainyo totoo yung LOAN OF ATTRACTION . Naalala ko naliligo lang kami sa dagat ni @hashtag_zeuscollins @mykapaulinee at @_cielovesyou sa zambales.
"Tapos sabi namin (parang masarap magka beach house) ayun na LOAN OF ATTRACTION na namin kaya sana mabayaran na namin to [emoji]"
Upon reading Nikko's caption, Zeus commented and quipped, "KONTI NALANG!!!! Konti nalang bebenta ko na atay ko atay ko [emoji]."
The comments section was flooded with congratulatory messages from Nikko's Instagram followers. Many remarked that they found the term "loan of attraction" amusing.
Nikko had previously shared updates about the beach house.
Based on an Instagram Reel, construction actually began around late July or early August 2024.
In a Facebook post last October, he shared a photo showcasing the early stages of the construction, before the roof deck was underway.
In that post, Nikko referred to the beach house as "Sunset Serenity Beach House."
