"First of its kind" kung ilarawan ng may-aring si Jenina ang kanyang tiny house na matatagpuan sa Doña Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan.
Tinawag niya itong Sleepy Shepherd, isang British-inspired hut.
“It was about really the connection to England. I grew up surrounded by shepherd’s hut, living out in the country. So it always really had a place in my heart."

BUILDING A SHEPHERD’S HUT IN BULACAN
“We love spending time here, and we needed somewhere to rest, to get out of sun, you know, shelter…” saad niya.
Kaya naisipan nilang magtayo ng tiny house with Adam coming up with the design.
“Ultimately, our goal was to create a really cozy space, something that we could really enjoy, something that is really simple, which really connected with the elements," paliwanag ni Adam.
“So the shepherd’s hut was really the perfect design and we’re really inspired by the traditional British [shelter].”
Maaari raw itong tumagal ng higit 50 years.

Maaari raw silang makontak via Facebook at Instagram account (Sleepy Shepherd).

ADVICE TO ASPIRING HOME OWNERS
Payo ni Adam sa mga nais magpatayo ng bahay, “Be patient, have a great team.
“Be knowledgeable about the area, know your target market, be very patient, flexibility in your budget.
“Things cost more and it takes longer than you expected, but in the end it’ll all be worth it,” sabi ng British national.
