Former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Eian Rances is excited about the holidays.
On December 11, 2024, Eian shared with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) his plans to celebrate the family's first Christmas at his newly constructed residence in their hometown in Quezon Province.
He said, "I will spend it with my family.
"Pero through the years kasi nandito kami sa Manila every time nag-i-spend kami ng Christmas.
"Pero this year, dun kami sa bagong bahay na pinatayo sa Quezon Province. Ayun, magkakasama kami."
This interview happened at the grand launch of Casio G-Shock's G-Steel GM-700 series held at Pablo Bistro in Makati City.

EIAN RANCES: DREAM HOME
Eian and his family have been enjoying their new home for a year now.
They did not celebrate Christmas there last year as they were still in the process of moving in at that time.
When asked if they've settled in, Eian responded with enthusiasm, "Oo, okay na. Lahat na na-settle na namin. Kasama akong...bale dun yung mom and dad ko."
The two-floor residence is quite spacious. It has six rooms, including the maid's quarters.
He said, "Medyo malaki siya. Hindi naman sobrang laki, pero for me, medyo malaki na siya."
Eian described his home as pretty much a reflection of his personal style.
He expounded, "Seriously, hindi siya tinipid sa materyales. Tough talaga siya. At saka puro siya kanto. And ang colors lang niya is black, white, and silver."
THREE-YEAR JOURNEY
Eian mentioned that completing this dream project took him a little over three years.
Interestingly, he noted that the entire three-year journey seemed to pass by quickly.
He told PEP, "I don't know kung mabilis yun. For me, mabilis yung three years. Nabuo ko yung house and lot na yun. Napagawa ko siya."
Eian's journey to his dream home began in 2021. He had purchased the lot even before joining Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10.
He said, "Nabili ko yung lot before ako mag-PBB, before ako pumasok ng bahay ni Kuya.
"And then, napagawa ko yung house after ko lumabas ng bahay, natapos siya after a year din."
Fortunately, Eian and his family encountered no difficulties during the construction, particularly when it came to finances.
He said, "Wala naman kasi everything went smooth... Kasi, lalo na sa financial.
"Usually diyan magkakaproblema. Pero awa ng Diyos, hindi naman. Hindi tayo nagkaroon ng problema dun."
Eian mentioned that his streaming efforts were crucial in acquiring the property.
He recalled, "Actually, through my streaming, through my Kumu... Doon naging mabilis lahat ng pangyayari."
Moreover, after joining PBB, more blessings came his way.
"And then, after nun naging housemate ako. Pumasok ako ng bahay ni Kuya. Doon naging mabilis lahat.
"Na-doble yung support from my supporters kaya naging possible lahat."
The Star Magic talent also conveyed his gratitude to his father who actively participated in the house construction.
He recalled, "Actually, mas nahihirapan dad ko kasi, may work ako noon. Medyo naging busy dito sa Manila.
"May regular hosting job tayo. So, nakakauwi naman ako once a month. Father ko yung nakatulong sa pagbabantay...
"Lagi kami magka-call, ganyan, sa mga supplies and all."
Having checked off many of his major dreams, Eian looked very satisfied.
But his greatest wish remains, "Biggest wish ko na lang siguro, solid acting na project." he said.
