The renovation of Pia Wurtzbach's "smart" home in the country is now complete, and she's in the process of moving in.
On Wednesday, January 15, 2025, the Miss Universe 2015 titleholder reposted the update of her interior designer, Patrick Henri "Pat" Caunan, on Instagram Stories, giving followers a sneak peek into her new home.
The post revealed that Pia has started arranging furniture in her new home, particularly in the living room.
Additionally, the same Instagram Story highlighted the innovative transparent-to-opaque feature of her "smart" glass window in a second-floor bedroom, offering a view of the living area on the ground floor.
Pat wrote in the caption, "Last few touches for @piawurtzbach's Smart Home #PoweredbySmartHomePH Designed by @patcaunandesignsweetheart"

On January 26, 2022, Pia delighted her fans with an initial glimpse of her new home.
At the time, it was still very much a blank canvas, featuring sleek white walls, floor-length glass windows, and elegant wood accents.
Playfully, she captioned her post (published as is), "Welcome Home, Pia! [emoji] ops…practice lang! [emoji] So pano ba to, BYOB na ba? Bring Your Own Bangko? [chair emoji] Wala pang laman tong bahay ko LOL!
"One of my personal projects this year is being hands on with my new home. So excited to take you guys with me through the process! [blue heart emoji] What style do you think I’ll go for? [emoji]"

Pia had a stress-free experience improving her new home even those times she was in Dubai.
Speaking of her second home in the populous UAE city, Pai has added more greenery to one of her favorite spots in the apartment she shares with her husband, Jeremy Jauncey.
In the caption, Pia showed her recent purchases to make her home "more cozy."
She wrote:
"CANT GET ENOUGH IVE FILLED UP THE WHOLE LIVING ROOM JEREMY THINKS ITS A BIT MUCH BUT I THINK WE NEED MORE HAHA
"PLANTS REALLY HELP MAKE SPACES FEEL COZY 3RD TIME ORDERING NOW AND SOME OF MY PLANTS HAVE LASTED 2 ALMOST YEARS ALREADY @PLNTD.AE."
