“When we decided to build the tiny house as a rental property, gusto naming ma-experience ng guests, it’s not just a regular staycation, but rather gusto namin ‘experience.’

“Kaya ang gusto naming ma-experience when we have our guests here in Casita Isabela, not just living in the tiny house, but experience really yung glamping, like we do experience,” paliwanag ni Jon sa Summit OG.

Mayroon silang mga pegs.

“Sabi ko sa asawa ko, 'Bakit kaya hindi tayo gumawa ng tiny house on wheels similar on what we see in Australia, New Zealand, and in the U.S.? Because wala pa akong nakikitang ganyan sa Pilipinas, e.’”

Ani Jon, “We’re used to medyo liblib na lugar. We immediately bought it.”

NOT REALLY A CONTAINER VAN

“We do not want to use a container van because there are pros and cons after my research sa YouTube,” paliwanag niya.

“For insulation, we don’t wanna use similar to what we’re using here in the Philippines, parang aluminum lang.

“So we used what they use as doon sa Austrlia so makapal siya.

“They call it rock wall. So that it can resist the heat in the Philippines and sometimes siguro during the cold season during the Ber months.”

“And second, don’t be afraid to ask questions. Nang pinaplano namin ito, I seek advice from experts.”

At ang pangatlo: embrace the journey.
