Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Celebrity Collab Edition housemate Michael Sager is a proud homeowner at 22.
He posted photos of his yet-to-be-furnished house on Instagram on May 24, 2025—a month after he was evicted from Big Brother's house.
In an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Michael said this property is a fruit of his hard work since coming to the Philippines in 2023.
"Ever since I moved to the Philippines, the first thing I had in mind was to get two things. It was a car and a house.
"For me, that's the biggest and most important investments.
"For me especially, I started from scratch in the Philippines. My family and I don't have any property here.
"Kumbaga, sa Canada talaga ako lumaki."

Just talking about it made him visibly thrilled to have achieved his goal at a young age.
"I really wanted to move independently. And now that three years later, pinag-ipunan ko, pinagtrabahuhan ko, I was able to get a house.
"I'm just so thankful because seeing the fruits of my labor, kumbaga, it inspires me to push more.
"It's not just for me, it's for my family, and I always keep that in mind to keep me motivated.
"Kasi, at the end of the day, I don't want to do this for myself. It's always for them, and I'm happy that I was able to achieve it. What more can I ask for?"
PEP interviewed Michael at the launch of Avignon Clinic’s newest go-to treatment, Sculptra.
The event was held at the clinic's Alabang branch in Muntinlupa City on June 24, 2025.

MICHAEL SAGER ON MISSING HIS FAMILY
Asked what his next goal is, he answered, "To let them all come home na.
"Nasa Canada pa sila, but hopefully soon, I can work hard enough para umuwi na sina Mama at sina Ate."
He wants them to live with him in the Philippines?
"Yes. Mas kumpleto na kami," he replied.
"I love my life in Canada. I love our life there. But, of course, iba pa rin yung feeling na kumpleto kami sa dinner table, kumpleto kumain.
"And they love it here in the Philippines, so baka they'll move here, but we'll see."
Michael said his mom visited his house when she came home on the day he was evicted from Bahay Ni Kuya back in April.
"Actually, when I got evicted, my mom landed 9 P.M. So I got evicted mga 7 P.M. so sakto that same day.
"And that's when I realized really God's timing kasi who would have thought, di ba?
"And because of that, they were able to fix everything.
"Paglabas ko, lumabas ng Bahay Ni Kuya, pumasok naman ako sa bagong bahay namin, kaya they were able to help me [move in]."

MICHAEL SAGER: FROM CANADA BACK TO THE PHILIPPINES
Michael was three years old when his family migrated to Vancouver, Canada.
He said it wasn’t an easy journey for his parents, who worked hard to give him and his sister a good life.
His dad worked odd jobs, while his mom had to go back to school because her college degree from the Philippines wasn’t recognized in Canada.
Michael moved back to the Philippines in 2020.
At 18 and fresh out of high school, he was eager to explore opportunities in showbiz.
He was later introduced as part of Sparkada, a group of aspiring teen stars under Sparkle—the talent management arm of GMA-7.
Early this year, he was paired with Jillian Ward in the Kapuso prime-time series My Ilonggo Girl, which aired from January to March.
Michael was also part of PBB Celebrity Collab Edition and lasted inside Kuya's house for 48 days.
He’s grateful for the breakthroughs he’s been able to achieve in his career.
What’s next for him in the second half of the year?
Michael told PEP: "So now, parang we're mostly working on things later this year na. I'm gonna take a break muna for a bit.
"But break in a sense that I will be preparing for something exciting din, and I'm just happy that I get these opportunities.
"And you'll see me more in events na siguro that I'm back in the outside world, and I'll be more out there, so I'm excited for that."
