Early this year, beauty content creator Pau Pelaez has reached a major milestone at the age 20: buying a home for her family.
In an Instagram post on February 13, 2026, Pau proudly gives a tour of the new house, which she considers her "first big girl purchase."
In the caption, she also writes: "I almost forgot that this was my main goal from the very start [emoji]"

Weeks later, on April 17, 2027, Pau Pelaez posts an “empty house tour” on Facebook Reels, where she walks viewers through the space while they're in the middle of moving in.
ENTRANCE, LIVING ROOM, AND FOYER
Pau opens the tour by giving viewers a glimpse of the home’s high-tech features.
She can be heard calling “Alexa” to turn on the lights.
Pau also shows the smart lock system equipped with voice command and facial recognition.
She says: "So sa entrance pa lang is may smart lock... 'Door open!' O, di ba? Face recognition. Aray! Thank you so much MGS!
"Ang maganda dito kase, may camera siyang kasama. Makikita mo kung sino yung nasa labas.”
The smart lock installed on their main door is the MGS Elite Pro Smart Lock, currently priced at PHP 29,999 on Lazada.

In the video, Pau also mentions that the main gate has an MGS AquaGuard waterproof Smart Lock, which is priced at PHP34,999 on Lazada.
She reveals that when she purchased the home, she tapped Pland’étage Design Concept to redesign and customize it.
The foyer has a large mirror and a mini altar.

The living area is among Pau’s favorite parts of the house.
She explains, "Ito yung pinaka-pinaka-proud ako, ang pinaka-pinakagandang-ganda ko kasi tignan niyo naman. 'Waaa! O, di ba ang ganda!'"
Meanwhile, the curtains—including those in the living room—can be opened and closed using a remote control, with the set-up costing PHP123,700.
There's also a marble-like center table from Louise and Co. Home Decors, which she purchased for PHP20,000.

According to her, most of the home’s fixtures are customized, including the shelves next to the smart TV where she plans to display her awards and family photos.

One of Pau’s most talked-about purchases is a high-end oil-based diffuser from Hiessence.
"May gusto akong i-share sa inyo na worth the investment talaga as in pinag-ipunan ko ito, teh… Isa po siyang diffuser opo. Kakaiiba siya, teh.
"Alam mo ba ang abot niyan hanggang 300 square meters... oil-based talaga siya as in hindi na siya gumagamit sa tubig.”
The exact design is called Aura Ultra Diffuser, which is priced at PHP35,000, on Shopee.

LANAI, DINING ROOM, MAID'S ROOM
Pau’s love for plants is evident in the lanai area.
"Ito yung isa sa pinaka-favorite part ko ng bahay ko kase ako talaga, guys, mapa-fake man iyan o totoo. Mahilig talaga ako sa greeneries."
She also shows the service area—which doubles as a dirty kitchen and laudy area.
“Ang maganda pa dito, from the foyer, from the entrance mismo makikita mo na yung pina-landscape ko."
For the landscaping, she tapped Botanic Bloon Design and Landscaping Service, with the total cost reaching PHP68,750.

Next, she goes to the dining room and kitchen area, which she describes as simple and practical.
“Maliit lang naman yung kitchen area namin kase hindi masyadong mahilig magluto si Mama. So walang silbi kung lalakihan ko yung kitchen area...”

Pau points to the LG InstaView Door-in-Door—a 23.8 cu. ft. side-by-side inverter refrigerator featuring a sleek black glass finish, a built-in UVnano water and ice dispenser, and a smart panel that lights up with two quick knocks.
According to Abenson.com, where Pau purchased most of the appliances, the refrigerator is priced at PHP103,993.

The tour also includes the maid’s room which has its own bathroom and a small powder room for guests.

BEDROOMS AND ATTIC
Upstairs, the home includes a mini living area that has yet to be furnished.

Pau also shows the bedrooms for each family member, starting with her parents’ room, which has built-in customized storage, soundproofing features, and its own toilet and bath.
Her parents, she says, specifically asked for a modestly sized room with a TV set.

She also gives a peek into her sister’s room, which has a similar layout to their parents’ room.

For her part, Pau occupies the master’s bedroom, which also serves as her content creation space.

Her walk-in closet remains unfinished due to budget constraints.
"Hindi ko pinagawa kasi wala na akong pera, beh."
She adds: "Mas priority ko sila, e. Mas priority ko yung comfort nila kaysa sa akin, kasi sabi naman, 'I can be followed.'"

The house also includes an attic, which Pau and her sibling plan to turn into an entertainment area.
"Ang plano namin dito ng kapatid ko is lalagyan namin siya ng parang entertainment area… Puwedeng maglagay ng billiards dito, e."

Wrapping up the tour, Pau apologizes for the informal walkthrough as they are still in the process of settling in.
“Guys, I'm so sorry kung ang gulong kong mag-house tour, pero this is the first time that I'll be doing a house tour kasi hindi talaga fully nagse-set-in, na nandito na ako sa bahay namin.”
But she is without a doubt very happy.
