Isabel Oli on husband John Prats: "Sobrang ini-spoil niya talaga ako."

Isabel Oli is currently on her third trimester of pregnancy. After giving birth, she plans to take a break from showbiz and be a hands-on mom.

After almost nine months of being Mrs. John Prats and 28 weeks of pregnancy, Isabel Oli becomes a changed woman.

First, she realizes that the first step to becoming a mom is not that easy.

At the recent launch of Dynamite Aqua Sports, which is owned by John, Isabel told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), “I thought na mabuntis ka lang, lalaki lang yung tiyan mo, you gain weight.

I was pregnant then after two months naming kinasal, so we tried.

"Grabe talaga!"

She revealed some of the adjustments she had to go through.

"I changed my wardrobe, lahat na-change talaga.

“I don’t have morning sickness pero yung pang-smell ko, yung taste nung food ‘tapos wala talaga akong ganang kumain.”

But despite all the uneasiness, Isabel is very excited to become mom.

“Wala, given na raw yung may pain daw, whatever.

“Okay na sa ’kin basta sobrang excited.”

When asked how many children she and John would like to have, Isabel's answer was the same—meaning, her discomforts have not discouraged her from getting pregnant again.

HUBBY’S SUPPORT. Thanks to John who has made Isabel's life bearable!

She's also grateful that he understands her mood swings and spoils her each time she's craving for something.

And if some preggy women tend to blame or hate their husband during the paglilihi stage, Isabel was exactly the opposite.

SHOWBIZ VS MOTHERHOOD. At this stage of her life, Isabel makes the choice to put family on top of her priorities.

In fact, she’s willing to take a break from showbiz and be a full-time mom.

Her husband was a child star. Will she allow her baby to enter showbiz at an early age as well?

She quickly replied, “Ako, ayoko.

“Siguro soon, parang ako nun, nag-graduate muna ako ng college saka lang ako nag-showbiz.

“Kasi mahirap pagsabayin.

“Sila John nasabay nila, pero mahirap.”
