No matter how big or small or simple or intricate it is, it can give life to what could have been a dull corner.

What's even more amazing is the fact that some chairs have interesting stories to tell.

Anne Curtis, for example, really did some serious chair hunting for her 10-seater custom-made wooden table.

It was pretty obvious that the It's Showtime host likes mixing and matching things.

Would you believe that all ten were bought separately?

One was made from a boat, while another was called a "kiss chair" because the word "kiss" was painted on it.

Another cute find in Anne's home were these bar stools from the Market Square brand.

Her interior designer Rossy Yabut revealed to YES! magazine, "Nagkataon lang na may 'Mr. Smith' na nakalagay dito sa upuan ng stools."

Curtis-Smith is her dad's surname.
