One of Jolina Magdangal's Christmas wishes this year is to spend Christmas at the White House.
Nope, she was not referring to the official residence of the President of the United States, but that was how she nicknamed her own house due to its white facade.
The Magandang Buhay host posted on Instagram a family photo with their new home as the backdrop.
According to her, it took them more than a year to see the fruits of their labor.
She wrote, "We've been building this for more than a year now mula nang maisip namin kung anong klaseng bahay ang gusto namin.
"Kahit kulang kulang pa ang gamit sa loob, gusto namin na dito na ma-celebrate ang pasko sa aming new house."
The TV-host actress thanked her husband Mark Escueta for being hands-on with the whole process of building their home.
She also thanked their son Pele Inigo, "ikaw ang inspirasyon namin ng Papa mo sa araw araw at para sa 'yo ang lahat."
Likewise, the Rivermaya drummer shared this "great blessing" to her followers.
He wrote, "Hindi naging madali yung proseso ng construction pero buti na lang, nandiyan si Jolina para damayan ako, at si Pele ang aming greatest inspiration."
He reminded everyone that, "if you want to build your dream home, let your family be your strongest foundation."
The proud dad of Pele is excited to create happy memories in Casa Escueta.
He promised his wife that "matututo na akong magluto at wala kang makikitang nakakalat na mga quadcopters.
"Madalas tayo maglalaro ni Pele sa labas at loob ng bahay, manonood ng maraming movies.
"Araw-araw, may music."
Yesterday, the husband-and-wife tandem also started decorating their home for the Yuletide season.
Look, the Escueta's Christmas tree is almost done.
Jolina captioned: "Gusto talaga namin habulin ang pasko."
