YES! magazine's January 2018 issue gives an all-access pass to Manny and Jinkee Pacquiao's Forbes Park property, which they acquired in 2011.

YES! Magazine welcomes 2018 with a full feature of the grand Forbes Park property of boxer-turned-senator Manny Pacquiao.

The entertainment magazine gives its readers an all-access pass to the 1,500 square-meter, three-level prime property.

Take a tour of Jinkee’s boudoir, Manny’s walk-in closet, the stylish master bedroom, the spacious dining room, Manny’s home office, the family’s very own home cinema, state-of-the-art kitchen, and the gorgeous garden and pool.

Hailed by the World Boxing Organization as the Best Pound-for-Pound Boxer of the Decade from 2001 to 2010, Manny purchased this coveted property sometime in 2011 for a whopping PHP388 million.

The Forbes Park mansion not only serves as Manny Pacquiao’s halfway home from General Santos City, but also as the extension of his Senate office, and the taping set for his GMA show Stories for the Soul.

The Forbes Park home is just one of Manny’s many properties, which include two mansions in GenSan.

The Pacquiaos are also said to be building their third GenSan mansion, which is, according to one of his staff members, three times the size of their mansion in Makati.

Aside from these three mansions, the family also owns an upscale beachfront abode in Saranggani province.

Entrepreneur Philippines previously reported that Manny also has “a prime real estate in Hancock Park in Los Angeles, which was purchased at PHP115 million.”

Also in the YES! January 2018 issue are the rising tandem of McCoy De Leon and Elisse Joson, the lovely wedding of Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff, and many more!

The January 2018 issue of YES! magazine is now out in stands.
