Yasmien Kurdi and hubby Rey Soldevilla Jr. are very happy for the new chapter that awaits their family.

Just recently, the Kapuso actress gave a peek into their newly-acquired home that daughter Ayesha instantly fell in love with.

In an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertaiment Portal) via Facebook Messenger yesterday, April 20, 2018, the celebrity mom said, “Ayesha already saw the house before and she really liked it because it’s blue.

“Pero alam niya naman that time na hindi pa sa amin yun.

“Ngayon, since closed na ang deal and turned over na ang property, tiyak na magiging masaya siya sa balita.”

Ayesha even fondly calls this home the “Elsa house,” since “favourite character niya kasi si Elsa of Frozen.

From their three-bedroom condo unit in Taguig, the Soldevilla family couldn’t wait to move in to their two-story house near Muntinlupa City.

Yasmien mentioned that they checked several houses and their number one consideration was the location.

She stressed, “We wanted it to be near the airport since my husband works for an airline.

“It is also accessible to the Skyway which goes straight to the airport.”

Aside from the location, she said that the neighborhood is also one big deciding factor.

Meanwhile, she happily noted that “the size is just perfect for a small family like ours.”

The house features three bedrooms and a walk-in closet.

She added, “Hindi kasi kami ganun kahilig sa gamit at sanay kami sa condo living, so we want to keep everything minimal pa rin.”

Asked about their dream house, Yasmien said that she’s not particular about the aesthetics, but more concerned about “making good memories for our family and living in comfort.”

“We look forward to having to live in a secure community, a house surrounded by nice neighbors.
