Manila Mayor Isko Moreno has been hogging the limelight since he assumed office last June 30.
Bent on implementing his "Bagong Maynila" platform with real action, the 44-year-old actor-turned-politician has been drawing praises from netizens for clearing the streets and sidewalks around the key areas in the capital city, particularly Divisoria.
But apart from this, netizens are also entertained by his answers during press interviews.
Like ordinary Filipinos, Mayor Isko uses slang words.
"Lodi, "Werpa," and "petmalu" are some of the familiar slang words that went viral the previous years, but Mayor Isko has a few more in his vocabulary.

Mayor Isko used many of these words in his interview with Julius Babao and Karen Davila for ABS-CBN's late night news program Bandila.
In the show, he was asked about his restoration efforts in Manila.
He said, "I guarantee you, you go to Quiapo Church, punung-puno. O sabi ko, yung Plaza Miranda, wala [magtitinda]. Yung ledgi, okay lang sa akin yun."
Mayor Isko also revealed a scheme that was supposedly implemented by the previous administration.
The Manila Mayor alleged the past administration pocketed bribes to allow the vendors to continue their operations on the streets of Manila.
Karen asked Isko, "Anong nangyari nung tinanong niyong mga vendor kanino napupunta ang pera?"
Mayor Isko answered, "Kay Eddie." Confused, Karen asked again, "Sino si Eddie?"
The mayor replied, "E di siya!"
He later shared more details and narrated, "Let's be honest with our conversation. The rule of the streets, honor among thieves.
"Iyan ang umiiral sa kalye, kaya ayan pag sinabi, 'O para kay Eddie to, para kay Patty to.'
"Yun na yun, lam-a na this. kasi wala ka naman choice, e, dahil kapag hindi ka nagbigay, bukas wala kang tinda.
"Ang buhay, real talk na tayo, a, gusto niyo ng details. Sige, gusto niyo ng details, hindi ka magga-gayla.
"Maya-maya lang, darating na yung kulektor, i-chuchuchu ka na sa lespu.
"'Tapos mamaya, titiklop ka na. Ibebenta na nila yung rights.
"E, gustung-gusto ka nga nilang hindi naglalagay, e. Katatanggap pa lang nila rights, e.
"O, e, di pag natanggal ka doon, hindi ka nag-gayla, may trenta mil panibago na naman silang fresh money.
"Kaya sabi ko sa inyo, hindi totoo na may ilang tao diyan na nagsasabi na para sila sa mahirap, hindi.
"Gustung-gusto nilang nandidiyan ang mga vendor para sa ganoon magatasan nila."
In a separate interview with GMA News, Mayor Isko further revealed some residents in Manila had installed power jumpers and illegal electricity connections in the city.
He said, "Kasi dito, may paupahan dito. Hindi bahay, kuryente.
"Yung kuryente ng gobyerno, City of Manila ang magbabayad sa Meralco.
"Tapos yung mga siga, spiderman, ta-tap 'tapos idi-distribute."
