Kim Chiu has been using the app Tiktok to relieve her boredom, and air her frustration over COVID-19.

TikTok is a video-sharing social networking service used to create short dance, lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos.

In her entry dated March 27, 2020, the 29-year-old Filipino-Chinese actress uploaded a video, where she was heard speaking in Fookien. She seemed mad.

It went viral, and has so far generated 2.8 million views and 300,000 likes.

The Kapamilya actress also uploaded it on her Instagram account with the caption: "Day14 quaratine! Dadaan lang po... pampa-good vibes!!! [smile emoji] Chinese na iyan baka sakali maintindihan na niya!!! [emoji] sinama ko na din si buddha na walang kamalay0malay sa video! [smiley emoji] #yokonapo @tiktok_philippines."

But save for her Love The Woman co-star Richard Juan, who commented, "I love how I understood everything there [laghing emojis] hahahaahahahhahaha," her followers wondered what Kim was saying in her video.

One said, "Don't understand."

Another remarked, "Hindi ko maintindihan pero parang chinese na Cebuano accent."

PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) sought the help of Filipino-Chinese influencer Eric Cua to translate Kim's video spiel from Fookien to English.

Here it is: "Corona Virus, I’m so mad at you. We have nothing left to eat. We can’t work as well. All because of you. All because of you. I’m gonna hit you. Go away! Go away faster!"
