The most wonderful time of the year is in the air with the streets in the neighborhood lighting up to herald its joyous coming.
As anticipated, spectacular events are happening around Metro Manila to get people in high Christmas spirit.
AYALA TRIANGLE GARDENS (MAKATI CITY)

A number of holiday activities that have evolved into yearly Christmas traditions are based in Makati. One of the precursors, the Ayala Triangle Gardens banners this year's to-do with the theme, "Makati Makes Christmas Happen."
After two years of virtual shows, the spectacular Festival of Lights is finally going back to Ayala Triangle Gardens LIVE starting November 10.
This year’s show will be an enchanting 360-degree experience made livelier by three musical medleys and a fresh, new composition.
The entire Makati Central Business District Local itself is a showcase of Filipino heritage. It is adorned with ornaments commonly found in the holiday decorations of Pinoy homes—parols, stars, and capiz lights.
Christmas Market at Ayala Triangle Gardens will be up from December 2 to the end of the year, while the Christmas Holiday Concert at the Circuit Makati is set to take place for three days from December 20 to December 22.
ARANETA CITY (QUEZON CITY)
Through its distinctive, gigantic Christmas tree, Araneta City will once more shine over the holiday season for a Yuletide celebration unlike any other.
On October 28, 2022, the City of Firsts turned on its 100-foot Christmas tree, as it has for 41 years since 1981, in a star-studded event that marked the beginning of Araneta City's 2022 "Christmas Like No Other" celebration.
In keeping with its carnival theme this year, the enormous Christmas tree glistens mostly in red and gold hues.
It is decorated with an 8-foot star topper, 1,000 9-foot pine garlands, 3,000 LED lighting, 2,000 Christmas balls, 100 hot air balloon ornaments, and other holiday decorations.
The aim of this year's theme is to bring back Araneta City's Christmas Classics, which will see the triumphant return of its Christmas on Display and Fiesta Carnival.
SM MALL OF ASIA SQUARE (PASAY CITY)
The SM Mall of Asia has begun its launch of a "Very Merry MOA Gingerbread Christmas" as its theme this year, following the massive success of its first-ever immersive Christmas Drive Thru installation in 2021.
According to MOA official Facebook page, the Santa Meet and Greet is happening every weekend from October 22 to December 25.
The MOA Holiday Fireworks will continue to spark Fridays and Saturdays of the months of November and December. From October 22 through the end of the year, MOA's renowned Night of Lights will be on display.
Throughout November and December, holiday seekers can check out SM Bears of Joy and the Holiday Creator Studio. Finally, the MOA Holiday Market will be up from October 27, 2022, all the way to January 8, 2023.
OKADA MANILA (PARAÑAQUE CITY)
The jewel of Entertainment City, Okada Manila, transforms its halls to welcome Christmas with "A Night of a Thousand Lights" on November 18, 2022.
Apart from the annual lighting of The Grand Okada Manila Christmas Tree, performances by Jayda Avanzado, the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Okada Manila Entertainment Group can be expected.
Prior to its official Yuletide celebration, Okada Manila kicks off its festivities in collaboration with the largest and longest-running annual holiday bazaar in the metro, Noel Bazaar.
GMA Kapuso star Rhian Ramos will grace the first day of the three-day event, which will happen from November 11 to November 13, 2022, at the Crystal Pavillion of the hotel.
