Sanya Lopez eagerly awaits the GMA Gala to have fun with her fellow Kapuso stars and embrace the opportunity to meet new people.
The GMA-7 actress did exactly that during the second edition of the Kapuso network's annual gala, which took place on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at the grand ballroom of the Manila Marriott Hotel in Pasay City.

In an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Sanya revealed that the event serves as a great opportunity for the stars to take a break from their showbiz commitments.
She said, "I'm looking forward na sana makausap ko sila, magkaroon kami ng bonding time, and ano muna, ipahinga muna natin yung mga sarili natin sa trabaho.
"Eto yung araw na kailangan lang natin mag-relax at maging, maging tao."
Sanya also eagerly anticipates the chance to dress up every time she attends these events.

However, the 26-year-old actress confessed that she does feel a bit anxious about wearing expensive items, most especially jewelry.
At the gala, Sanya adorned herself with an exquisite set of snake-inspired diamond-studded jewelry. The set included a bangle, a pair of earrings, and a ring from Amara Shia Jewelry.
When inquired about the jewelry, Sanya said, "Bawal mawala! Nakakakaba siyang suotin kasi, kasi, oo na! [Mahal siya], super!
"Kasi akala ko, ganun-ganun lang siya, pero nakakatakot maging sosyal."
The complete set, which included a necklace that Sanya opted not to wear, comes with a staggering value of PHP2.8 million.
The price of the jewelry set was disclosed by the brand during a livestream episode on July 7, 2023.
Nevertheless, Sanya gratefully acknowledged the efforts of her stylists Eldzs Mejia, Carl Alberto, and Gabby Gamboa for their impeccable styling, her make-up artist Jerry Penaso, and her hairstylist Mark Anthony Rosales, all of whom played a crucial role in creating her mesmerizing look.
Sanya warmly expressed her heartfelt appreciation to her dedicated team, stating to PEP.ph, "I'm so happy talaga. And siyempre, same glam team na talagang grabe yung suporta nila sa akin every time na may ganitong event."
