Bea Alonzo is one to stay out of catfights over a man.
During her appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on October 26, 2023, Bea made one thing clear—she has found a person worth fighting for in her fiancé, Dominic Roque, as they enter this new chapter of their lives.

Regardless of which point someone is in life already, the Love Before Sunrise leading lady acknowledged that hardships are a universal reality.
"Na-realize ko through the years na parang, sa lahat naman ng pagkakataon, masasaktan ka.
"But you really have to find a person worth fighting for. Maybe I'll fight for Dom," she added.
In connection to this, Boy Abunda, the program's host, inquired if Bea was the type to engage in confrontations with another woman over a man.
The 36-year-old star promptly replied, "Hindi Tito Boy.
"Siguro si Dom yung aawayin ko. Hindi talaga ako nang-aaway ever ng babae."
She went on to elaborate, "Kasi parang, paulit-ulit sinasabi sakin ng nanay ko ever since bata ako, 'You can never seduce a happy husband.
"'If he’s happy, he can never be seduced.'"
Joking, she continued, "Unless may sakit na nga siya.
"May mga lalaki din namang ganon, na mahilig lang talaga sila mambabae. Charot."

Another reason she avoids confronting a third party is her belief that the responsibility for safeguarding their relationship lies between her and her partner, not the other person.
"Yung panghahawakan mo di ba kung may relasyon kayo, yung pangako niyo sa isa't isa, yung commitment niyo sa isa't isa," she elaborated.
"So sa kanya ka mag-rereklamo, dun sa taong binitawan ka ng pangako."
When it comes to things she does not want to change, Bea stated, "Sana yung respeto namin sa isa't isa hindi magbago and siyempre yung pagmamahal."
LIFE AFTER THE PROPOSAL
Congratulations poured in for Bea and Dominic when their engagement was announced on July 18, 2023.

In the same interview, Bea disclosed that they ideally wanted to keep the engagement under wraps, but was prompted to do otherwise because of potential leaks from other sources.
She recalled, "We wanted to savor it na kami muna, yung kahit na one month na kami lang yung nakakaalam.
"We wanted to keep it a secret na parang may kinakikiligan kami na kaming dalawa lang.
"But then, may nag-leak kasi ng photos from the venue and so we had to release the pictures, and we had to announce right away kasi parang unfair naman kung manggagaling sa ibang tao yung announcement."
Bea also recounted how heartwarming it felt to attend the GMA Gala 2023 after the proposal, where everyone was celebrating the next stage of their relationship.
"And then we went to Singapore as in diretso na sa airport. Para kaming nagliligawan ulit," she related giddily.
"Ganon pala yon pagka may second phase, pag merong another chapter na nabubuksan.
"Kilig na kilig kami sa isa't isa."
She continued, "Tas ang sweet kasi lahat ng mga Pilipinong nakakasalubong namin, 'Uy congratulations, patingin ng ring.'
"So ang cute na parang matagal na kaming magkakilala."
Despite these, the Kapuso actress recognizes that moments after the proposal will have its highs, but that it will eventually subside and go back to normal.
"Siyempre lahat ng emotions naman na yon, just like in any other relationship, nagpi-fade yon, e, di ba?
"Nandun yung parang bugso, tapos nandun kami ngayon sa parang chill na ulit kami."
She shared, "We went to Europe together, we were able to spend time together.
"Pero mas real na yung ano, nag-aaway na kami ulit.
"Mga small things lang naman. Nagkaka-inisan na kami ulit."
Above all, she's looking forward to the next thrilling high point in their journey which is none other than their anticipated wedding.
