Yamaha Music has launched its largest boutique in the Philippines, located on the ground floor of Uptown Mall in Bonifacio Global City.
To mark the grand opening, Yamaha Music Philippines (YMPH) donated 50 keyboards to the Department of Education (DepEd), a gift aimed at enhancing music education in public schools.
During the opening ceremony, YMPH President Koichiro Onoe expressed Yamaha’s commitment to making "music more accessible to everyone."
He said, "Filipinos are talented individuals who are not afraid to express themselves, and we want to be with them on their journey as they continue to make waves through music.”

DepEd Undersecretary Peter Corvera, speaking on behalf of Secretary of Education Sonny Angara, thanked Yamaha for its generosity:
“This donation will go a long, long way in the holistic development of our students, learners, and even teachers.
"As you may know, education isn’t just about academics, it involves enhancement of culture.
"And again, I look forward, we look forward to our continuing partnership…”
