After the event, Anika shared her thoughts with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) about seeing her mom on the runway.

"It feels amazing. I feel very happy and proud of my own mom. She's very beautiful."

Did it inspire Anika to follow in her footsteps, maybe as a model or as an actress?

Anika replied, "After this, yeah, maybe. But when I'm older."

She noted that studies come first for now, "I'm studying for now."

ANIKA POTURNAK: LESSONS FROM MOM

Now that she's officially a teen, PEP asked Anika about her mom's constant reminders and advice about boys and relationships.

She vaguely answered, "The biggest lesson she taught me is... a lot of stuff about boys, about relationships."

Meanwhile, Ina was asked by PEP to elaborate on this, and she said, "I teach my daughters to have fun... To have fun with friends and family and not think so much about having a boyfriend.

"That's really my advice to them, not to think about being in love. Because what is the purpose of being in love right now?"

Ina added that she encourages her children to prioritize self-love first.

"It's really to just love yourself. You go to the gym, work out, because working out will make you happy.

"And, of course, eating well, sleeping early, especially nowadays. It's so hard for them to sleep early because of using the phone.

"So over and over again, I teach them to take good care of themselves."
