As a joke, he said that the first thing he looks for in a woman is her "puwit, because the breasts can still be altered."

Mike Padlan's involvement with Kris Aquino
In June 2024, Kris and her son Bimby confirmed that she had found love again, and her new relationship with Dr. Mike was the subject of much speculation.
During an interview with showbiz vlogger Ogie Diaz, Kris opened up about her relationship with Dr. Mike, explaining that his profession as a doctor made it easier for them to connect.
"It just flowed," she said.
"He's a doctor, and I think that's part of the reason why it was easy, kasi alam niya kung ano yung pinagdadaanan ko."
She further explained that Dr. Mike's presence gave her the confidence to return to the Philippines after two years of seeking treatment abroad for her autoimmune diseases.
"He's part of the reasons why I’m confident na pwede akong umuwi, kasi alam ko na there’s someone who will help in taking care of me," Kris added.
Their relationship became known to public after Kris referred to "MY Dr. MP" in a post thanking her support system upon her return to the Philippines.
A viral photo of the two seated together on a plane further fueled the rumors, signaling that their relationship was progressing well.
On November 10, in an Instagram posts, Kris mentioned Dr. Mike's name in a long post giving update about her medical condition.
