For one, she supports causes that matter deeply to her, and one of them is campaigning for breast cancer awareness.
This spirit was vividly on display by her presence at the Opulence Design + Concept launch at The Podium on November 21, 2024.
The event was not just a grand affair introducing the luxurious home brands Jonathan Adler and Polspotten to the Philippine market, but also a gesture support for a significant cause.
With five percent of the proceeds earmarked for the Bosom Buddies Breast Cancer Support Group, the event seamlessly blended opulence with purpose.
Since its inception in 1988, Bosom Buddies has been offering breast cancer survivors a sanctuary of holistic healing and unwavering community support.
Supporting this event was an easy decision for Heart, particularly given her longstanding commitment to breast cancer awareness.
The Kapuso actress said, "Because this is what we're all about. This is exactly why we're doing these events.
"You know, it's like... positivity, it goes around. We have to be there for each other."
For Heart, the event also served as a poignant reminder that luxury isn't limited to material possessions.
It also encompasses intangibles such as health and time, a reminder that true opulence can mean advocating for health and cherishing shared moments.
As Heart said, citing Gerry and Jinky Sy, owners of Opulence Design + Concept, for being helpful, "They have this store called Opulence, but indeed 'opulence' is about living life to the fullest.
"It's not necessarily anything luxurious. Time and health, for example."

Socialite Stephanie Zubiri, who hosted the event, echoed Heart's sentiments, expressing her joy in the use of her platform to raise awareness about breast cancer.
She said, "I think it's important for all women and not just for me in particular.
"But I think, you know, it's something that with early detection, I think you can get the best support that you can.
"And really like educating people that it's something that we should look into.
"And really like women are the mothers and the sisters and the daughters. So, yes, let's support them."

Gerry and Jinky also announced the availability of Jonathan Adler and Polspotten pieces in the Philippines exclusively through their store.
The couple stated, "Jonathan Adler and Polspotten are more than design brands. They celebrate personal style and creativity."
Jonathan Adler, an American potter, designer, and author, is celebrated for his bold handcrafted ceramics and homeware. On the other hand, Polspotten is a Dutch design brand renowned for its contemporary homeware collections.
For this special event, Opulence Design + Concept teamed up with top Filipino creatives to bring the celebration to life.
Interior designer Rossy Rojales infused her artistic touch into Jonathan Adler’s vibrant and whimsical pieces, showcasing their ability to energize any space.
Meanwhile, Chat Fores curated Polspotten’s playful and eclectic designs, beautifully demonstrating their capacity to transform homes into exquisite works of art.
Adding a unique artistic dimension, two Jonathan Adler vases were hand-painted by distinguished artists and auctioned off.
Brazilian artist Ciane Xavier brought her signature blend of traditional and contemporary styles, while Filipino designer and painter Tessa Alindogan displayed her globally renowned artistry, celebrated in prestigious venues worldwide.
In addition to Heart, other celebrities who graced the event included Pinky Tobiano, Erik Santos, and Ara Mina, who came with her husband Dave Almarinez.
