ALVARO ANDRES ON SELF-CARE

Meanwhile, PEP inquired about Alvaro's self-care routine.

Alvaro follows a straightforward skin-care regimen, stressing the significance of preventing signs of aging.

He explained, "Well, I don't really have some extensive routine for skin care if I'm gonna be super honest.

"But I think more men should start with that because if you start young, I think when you're gonna be old, your skin gonna be better.

"If you don't protect now, it can be a disaster."

For Alvaro, skin care is doubly important, as he acknowledges his face to be his primary asset as a model.

He said, "Skin care is for every people because you need to protect your skin. Your body, it's your temple.

"For modeling, this is our temple and our material of work also. It's the first thing that people see in runways or everything."

In addition to skin care, Alvaro keeps his skin healthy from the inside by ensuring he gets enough sleep, stays hydrated, and maintains a proper diet.
