In traditional Filipino families, managing household finances is often the mother’s responsibility—a role Marian Rivera embraces with enthusiasm and dedication.

At her press conference on March 18, 2025, as the new brand ambassador for the Palawan Group of Companies (PGC) in Makati City, Marian reveals how she closely monitors the budget, while also highlighting her husband Dingdong Dantes’s role as the family’s provider.

She says, "Si Dong kasi ang head of the family, pero hangga't walang komosyon na nangyayari diyan, e, ako lahat ito."

The Kapuso actress humorously adds, "Sa akin muna yung computation, tapos punta ako sa office ng asawa ko, 'Here's the bill...' Ganun!

"Asawa ko iyan lahat, ako nag-a-arrange and nag-o-organize ng lahat. "

Like her Mama Amalia Rivera and Lola Iska, she keeps track of expenses by writing everything down and compiling all the bills in one notebook.

So may ganun talaga akong proseso."

Starting with only PHP40,000 in capital, the couple grew a single branch into a nationwide network of 5,600 branches and authorized agents.

"Bakit? Dahil sa kanilang dedication, yung hard work talaga nila yung pinaka-importante.
