But this time, fashion isn’t the only thing turned up a notch—luxury also takes center stage on four wheels.
Much like the first film’s polished and aspirational aesthetic, The Devil Wears Prada 2 leans heavily into high-end lifestyle cues, extending Miranda Priestly’s commanding presence beyond couture and straight into ultra-luxurious vehicles.
The film partnered with Mercedes-Benz, making it Miranda Priestly’s car of choice as she arrives at fashion events and glides through the city in unmistakable style.
PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) attends the German automotive brand’s private screening of the film on Thursday, April 20, 2026, at Rockwell Mall in Makati City.
Here are some of the Mercedes-Benz cars featured in The Devil Wears Prada 2.
MERCEDEZ-BENZ SPRINTER
This appears in one of The Devil Wears Prada 2’s opening scenes, with Miranda Priestly making a grand entrance.
"It was very striking when she goes down the red carpet," Mercedes-Benz Philippines executive Benjie Bautista shares in an interview with PEP after the film’s screening.

Known for its durability and versatility, the Sprinter offers generous cargo space of up to "17.5 cubic meters, a payload of over two tons, and features such as automatic sliding doors, 360-degree cameras, Blind Spot Assist, and Active Brake Assist."
These are paired with a comfortable, ergonomic cabin designed for long-haul efficiency.
When asked what he likes most about the van, Bautista highlights its large capacity and customization options.
"It can carry a lot of load actually, a lot of passengers inside, and you can also customize that Sprinter van to your liking."
Just to give you an idea, a 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter starts at around PHP11 million on Philkotse.com.

MERCEDEZ-BENZ MAYBACH S-CLASS
The hero car of The Devil Wears Prada 2 is the Mercedes-Benz Maybach S-Class, which serves as Miranda Priestly’s signature ride in the film.
The luxury sedan makes a grand entrance as Andy Sachs, Nigel Kipling, and Miranda head to Emily Charlton’s new office.
For Bautista, the moment stands out as his favorite scene in the movie.
"[It was] the Maybach making a major entrance on first scene of Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep going to the meeting.
"That's really, very moving, no—because it really embodies a lot of things about luxury."

The Maybach S-Class also serves as the hero car in Mercedes-Benz’s partnership with The Devil Wears Prada 2.
Bautista believes it's the perfect vehicle for Miranda Priestly.
"It really embodies luxury, perfection, power, and, at the same time, timeless. So, it goes a lot deeper in a way that our brand resonates a lot of things—not just on vehicles but also on fashion, design, as well."
He adds that the character’s influence mirrors real life, especially among today’s top executives.
"How it really resonates with today's life, especially with these top executives that we have—Miranda Priestly," Bautista explains.
"And I would say it's also happening in real life here in the Philippines and all across the globe—that Mercedes-Benz is always the top choice for these executives and their lifestyles."

The official Mercedes-Benz Philippines website and local dealers do not publicly list prices for the Maybach S-Class, as pricing is available upon request.
Interested buyers are advised to contact dealerships directly for a quotation.
For reference, second-hand Maybach S-Class units in the local market start at around PHP17 million, while brand-new or nearly new models are priced significantly higher—typically estimated between PHP20 million and over PHP35 million, depending on the variant, options, and level of customization.
MERCEDEZ-BENZ G 580
Also spotted in one scene is the Mercedes-Benz G 580 with EQ Technology, the brand’s all-electric take on the iconic G-Class.
The vehicle appears as Andy Sachs and Miranda Priestly head to meet billionaire Sasha Barnes, portrayed by Lucy Liu.
Bautista sees the model as a major milestone for the brand.
He tells PEP: "The electric G 580 I would say is the future of the automobile. The G-Class is known for internal combustion engine.
"It's been here since 1979, but then again, it evolves to an electric vehicle using the same body, you know, the G580.
"I am very hyped when I see the vehicle."

The Mercedes-Benz G 580 with EQ Technology is powered by "four electric motors producing 579 horsepower and 859 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 116-kWh battery that delivers an EPA-estimated range of 239 miles."
According to Mercedes-Benz USA, the G 580 has a starting price of around USD162,000 to USD165,000, which roughly translates to PHP9.9 million to PHP10.1 million based on current exchange rates and sans the taxes.
