Olga Alva, a fashion model from Ecuador was crowned Miss Earth 2011 at the UP Diliman Theater last December 3, 2011.
Miss Philippines Maria Athena Imperial took third place and was crowned Miss Earth-Water. Miss Brazil Drielly Bennettone was Miss Earth-Air 2011 and Miss Venezuela Caroline Medina was Miss Earth-Fire 2011.
