Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc (BPCI) presented Elaine Kay Moll as the country's official candidate to the Miss Supranational pageant, in a press gathering at the Gateway Suites on August 23.
The event was attended by BCPI Chairperson Madame Stella Araneta, reigning Binibining Pilipinas queens, and Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2011 Shamcey Supsup.
The three year old pageant will happen on September 14 in Warsaw, Poland. The Supranational pageant was founded in 2009 in Poland by the World Beauty Association, which aims to "unite our world with beauty."
