It's a marvel how actor Joem Bascon has kept his dynamite of a girlfriend Crisha Uy hidden in plain sight for six years.
A model in the stable of Jonas Gaffud's Mercator, she also has done bit roles in a couple of ABS-CBN shows.
She guested in some scenes of Oh My G!, a comedy drama series starring Janella Salvador and Marlo Mortel.
In Book 1 of Doble Kara, she played a friend of Julia Montes and Edgar Allan Guzman.
"After nun, di na nasundan. Siguro 'di lang meant to be," Crisha told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) in an exclusive interview via Viber.
Does she want to become an artista?
Her frank reply, "Audition ako ng audition, wala. Hindi lang meant to be."
Between the two of them, Joem may have high showbiz profile, but on YouTube, Crisha is the star and her boyfriend mere extra.
Her hilarious yet super kilig beauty vlog uploaded on May 4, 2017, has gone viral on Facebook and garnered a total of 1,542,510 views at press time.
Meanwhile, her very first video with Joem titled "My Boyfriend Does My Makeup" challenge was uploaded seven months ago.
She narrated, "Sabi ko, 'Lablab, gawa tayo video, ha?'
"Sabi niya, 'O, sige na nga.' Yun, di ko na siya na-brief kung anong gawin.
"Basta on ko na lang yung video camera."
They have been doing videos together since them, most of which are unplanned and "trip lang."
Crisha added, "I don't edit out our mistakes... I think mas okay siya sa videos para makita nila yung totoong kami."

1. Named Crisha Crae Johns Uy by her Filipino-Chinese dad and Filipino-Spanish-German-Irish mom, she was born in Los Angeles, California, and grew up in General Santos City.
2. This 23-year-old graduate of De La Salle College of St. Benilde is a professional makeup artist.
Prior to vlogging, "Inday Crisha," as she fondly calls herself, studied at MUD Makeup Designory, the only internationally accredited makeup school in the Philippines.
3. Her goal is to expand her YouTube channel, which she started 10 months ago, "Mahilig din ako in front of camera... I wish someday makapag-vlog ako every day."
4. Her latest project as a commercial model was for an oyster sauce.
5. She loves to cook.
"Foodie kaming dalawa," she said about her and Joem.
"Mag-request iyan sa akin, ako magluluto then siya maghugas ng dishes.

The two met at a party seven years ago.
"Nagkita kami sa isang birthday party, then lapit siya nang lapit.
"Di ko pinapansin kasi iniisip ko, party yun, baka naghahanap lang ng chicks!"
Through a common friend, Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash Edition ex-housemate April Sun, Joem found a way to connect with Crisha.
"Na-contact niya best friend ko na PBB Teen. Friends pala sila.
"She messaged her.
"While kumakain kami sa restaurant ni April, magka-text pala sila kasi gusto niya magpakilala ulit na formal na kesyo seryoso daw siya sa akin.
"Gusto daw ako makilala talaga!"
7. Lastly, she can lift an 89-pound barbell, which is equivalent to 40 kilos!
She and Joem have made Tiger City Boxing Gym as their playground.
It was the actor who influenced his girlfriend to try boxing and crossfit, a strength and conditioning program.
