Who is Shara Jane Chavez?
On Facebook, she called herself the "fan turned girlfriend" of Jovit Baldivino.
Those who followed Jovit's career would know that she's the mother of the singer's baby, who will be turning one on July 29.
And those who read her exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) yesterday, June 12, would know that she is now "single."
QUICK FACTS. Shara’s beauty is a toss-up between Andrea Brillantes and Janella Salvador.
At 23 years old, she proudly calls herself a full-time mom with an online business selling gadgets, toys, and health and beauty products.
She graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Lyceum of the Philippines University in Batangas.
LOVE STORY. When Jovit won the first season of Pilipinas Got Talent in 2010, Shara became one of his fans.
But it was only in 2015 that the two Batangueños would cross paths.
Shara agreed to become a judge of her town's talent show upon learning that Jovit was the guest artist.
In an open letter she posted back in May 2016, she recalled, “Single na tayo parehas nung nagkita na naman tayo nung nag-judge ako sa isang talent show sa isang fiesta 'tapos guest artist ka.
“Naghanap ka ng ka-duet nun, nagkataon alam ko yung song, I don't wanna miss a thing ni Aerosmith, bagay na bagay sa nararamdaman ko nung gabi na yun, para bang ayaw kong sayangin.
“Di na ako nagpatumpik-tumpik pa, sakto may mic ako sa table ko 'tapos nung sumalang na yung kanta mo, walang sabi-sabi umakyat na ako. Kahit walang tumawag, nagkusa na ako. Haha dedma na sa mga tao.
“Nag-selfie pa tayong dalawa right after.”
Two weeks after the event, Shara and Jovit met again.
Their second encounter was more fruitful, and it led to an exchange of numbers.
Since then, every thing quickly fell into place for the two of them.
They became a couple in September 2015 and parents in July 2016.
MOVING ON. After allegedly catching Jovit with another girl, Shara used the hashtag "#walangforever" in her Facebook post dated June 11.
On June 12, the country's Independence Day, she gave Jovit his freedom.
Her post read, "Sorry kung nag-post man po ako pero it's the last thing that I could do, sa lahat ng nakabasa and sumubaybay sa love story namin, meron na pong closure.
"P.S. Kudos PEP.ph, you're checking facts before spreading it out.
"Life goes on and let's move on. I'm letting him go. Happy Independence Day. Thank you po."
