Among the stars who graced the advanced screening of Kim Chiu's movie, Da One That Ghost Away, last night, April 17, were Bela Padilla and Angelica Panganiban.
The latter put in a good word for the Chinita beauty's latest project, including her performance.
Visible on Angelica's Instagram Stories' post was a short congratulatory message for Kim.
She also wrote, "Ginalingan mo naman, ha."
In February, Kim and Angelica attended the premiere of Bela's movie Meet Me in St. Gallen.
In January, it was Kim and Bela's turn to support Angelica, whose movie Ang Dalawa Mrs. Reyes was shown.
The same thing happened in November 2017, the month when The Ghost Bride was shown.
Kim, 27, Angelica, 31, and Bela Padilla, 26, watched the film.
Angelica even wrote a review on Instagram, praising Kim's acting.
Here's a portion of her lengthy post: "Hindi ako makapaniwala na kaibigan ko yung bida. Wala siyang eksenang tinapon o pinabayaan. Niyakap niya yung trabaho sa pelikula. Kumbaga, trinabaho ni moms.
"Matagal mo nang deserve ang title role kimmy. Nagagalak ako na maganda ang kinalabasan ng pelikula mo.
"Yes! Pelikula mo! Iyong iyo lang ito! Maganda talaga. Nakakatakot. Nakakaiyak. Puwede ka din tumawa sa simpleng mga hirit ng linyahan. Lahat kayo magaling!"
Bela posted the same photo and wrote, "Ang galing-galing ni Kimmy! So proud of you!"
These three have been friends for less than a year—nine months, to be exact—but it seems like they have known each other forever.
They actually celebrate their "monthsary" as friends.
And aside from supporting each other's endeavors, they meet up regularly either at a coffee shop or in Timezone.
And when all three of them become too busy to see each other, one would find a way to remind the squad, which they call AngBeKi or short for Angelica, Bela, and Kim.
The three ladies met last year at the birthday party of director Andoy Ranay, a good friend of Angelica.
Kim recalled, "Pumunta lang kami sa birthday na hindi kami invited. Gatecrasher kami ni Bela..."
