Anne Curtis on going into business with her hubby Erwan Heussaff: "We'd have to think of something na mas match kami sa business."

Anne Curtis is making hay as a celebrity entrepreneur.

On the other hand, her husband Erwan Heussaff has made a name as chef and restaurateur.

Is there a chance they can be partners in a food business venture?

Anne quickly replied, "Of course, definitely!"

Then she paused for a second and added, "I’d have to decide on what ...

"Iyon lang, doon kami magkaano, kasi ako, I’d open up something na parang fast food, ganyan. Medyo hindi siya ganoon.

"So medyo we’d have to think of something na mas match kami sa business."

Meanwhile, following the success of her makeup line BLK Cosmetics and her community passion project Dream Machine, Anne has parlayed her love for music into her third business venture.

She recently opened Rockstar KTV at SM Aura, Bonficaio Global City, Taguig.

"This is my third, but it is my very first in karaoke," she told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) during the bar's grand opening last July 3.

Anne said, "I’m super excited about Rockstar kasi it’s another dream of mine that has come true, because I love to sing. So it’s definitely something that I’m passionate about yet again.

"And I believe that’s when you are in a karaoke room, it’s the best time sing your heart out kasi no one’s watching you talaga. Just your friends."

Tim Yap (left) hosted the grand opening.

This KTV and restobar boasts a state-of-the sound system and an up-to-date playlist of all the latest songs from various music genres.

It also houses 15 modern music rooms named after popular music icons of past and present.

Music icons include Michael Jackson, Madonna, Prince, Britney Spears, and Bob Marley.

The Beyonce room is the biggest karaoke room. It can hold up to 50 people.

"It was a lot of fun choosing the concept, sinu-sino ba iyong mga rockstars na ilalagay namin," Anne said, looking back at the early planning stages of Rockstar KTV.

But her ultimate dream is to eventually name a music room after her.

She playfully remarked,  "Di ba! Nakatuwa iyon? Lahat ng sintunado, doon pupunta!"

With three thriving businesses under her name, what has inspired Anne to become an entrepreneur?

She told PEP.ph, "I still stay within my roots na parang every business that I choose to delve in or choose to put my heart into is something I’m equally passionate about.

"Just as it is as a celebrity or an actress, I choose projects that I’m passionate about.

"Makeup, lipstick. Here naman karaoke, singing!

"What’s next naman, di ba?

"Pag-iisipan ko pa!"
