Have you ever thought of the best way to repay the love and sacrifice of your parents for you?
Facebook user Rotski Bautista got it figured out, and did his grand gesture in the most fun way.
He shared on Facebook a video of his gift to his mom, which has gone viral since it was posted on Christmas eve, December 24.
The businessman surprised his mom with a "practical gift" for Christmas, and did his own version of Kwarta o Kahon, a local game show that aired from 1962 to 2000.
Rotski acted as a game show host and asked his mom to choose between cash and a box.
His mom immediately picked the box, then Rotski offered cash from PHP5,000 to Php10,000 cash to change her mind.
His mom would not give up the box, which was later revealed to contain a kitchen pot.
Rotski, laughing, then asked his mom to pick between PHP15,000 and the pot, but she still chose the pot.
It was the right choice. Inside the pot was at least 10 bundles of money amounting to at least PHP1million in PHP500 and PHP1,000 denominations.

Many netizens commended his sweet gesture for his mom, but there were those who viewed Rotski's gesture as a boast.
In the comments section, Rotski clarified he was just proud of his mom and that she deserves the best.
Rotski wrote, "Yung mga nayayabangan po sa ginawa ko ito lng po masasabi ko.. Yung mga kalokohan at mga kagaguhan nga madalas proud at di tayo nahihiyang ipost yun pabang bagay na nakita mong meron kng napasaya?
"Proud akong napangiti ko nanay ko at hindi lang ito tungkol sa pera.
"Matanda na sila buong buhay nila ginugol nila mapalaki lang tayo kelan paba natin sila plano pangitiin? pag nasa parihabang kahon na?
"Yung kahit anung pilit natin pero di na talaga sila ngingiti? kanya kanyang paraan lang yan kung pano natin sila mapapasaya.."
Rotski added that others can also surprise their parents even in the simplest ways.
He continued, "instead na magalit kayo o mayabangan bakit di nyo nalang isipin kung pano nyo sila masuklian kahit hindi lang sa pamamagitan ng pera..
"bakit ko binigyan nanay ko ng ganun? galing kami sa hirap hanggang ngayon naglalako at nagtitinda padin sya ng mga frozen foods araw araw sya laman ng kalsada siguro naman pwede ko naman iparanas sa kanila yung buhay na di pa nila nararanasan at isa pa hindi nyo din alam ang pinag daanan kong hirap at pagod maibigay lng yun sa kanila..
"kaya please lang minsan pag aralan nyo rin maging masaya para sa iba..."
Rotski's video also inspired other netizens to come up with ways to show their their parents they are appreciated and valued—like scoring good grades at school or just by working hard.
