Willie Revillame lists a beach resort in Puerto Galera as his latest business acquisition.
The Wowowin host is in love with the resort's ambiance, which he likens to luxury resort Amanpulo.
It is also secluded, located in a cove, and does not have big waves.
Willie bought the beach resort from a foreign national on December 12, 2018.
After the negotiations were finalized, the Kapuso host flew to Puerto Galera to visit and inspect the resort, which he has yet to name.
Aside from tending to his plants, Willie's hobby is to develop the properties he acquires.
He has been flying in his private seven-seater helicopter to personally oversee the renovations.
It's not yet open to public, but his Wowowin staff has already seen the place. They arrived in the island in Willie's yacht.
Aside from this beach resort, Willie is also busy managing his high-end boutique hotel in Tagaytay City and events place in Quezon City.
He is also redesigning his backyard in his Quezon City home. The TV host wants his swimming pool to have a hotel-like feel.
Willie has been encouraging his fellow celebrities to invest in properties.
Talking to PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Willie says Coco Martin approached him and to ask for advice on wise investments.
“There was a time, nandito na ako sa GMA-7, Coco Martin, midnight, pinuntahan ako sa Tagaytay para magpa-advise.
“Sabi niya, ‘Gusto ko lang po kayo ma-meet. Idol ko po kayo.Gusto ko lang po makita ang bahay niyo tapos yung mga halaman….’
“Nagmano siya. Advise-advise naman ako. Sabi ko, dapat ikaw ang producer."
He adds, “Si Luis Manzano, nag-text sa akin. Sabi niya, ‘Tito Wills, usap naman tayo. I need your advice in our business.
“Sabi ko sa kanya [in jest], kapag nagpahinga ako, puwede ka nang mag-host ng Wowowin."
