Lucy Torres posted on Instagram another throwback photo of herself, this time from her elementary days.
Clad in a Cherokee Indian costume, the Leyte Fourth District Representative was pictured with her sister, Carmen (center), and her childhood friend, Ormoc City Vice Mayor Leo "Toto" Locsin Jr. (left).
Toto is the second son of former politicians, Leo Carmelo Locsin Sr. and Victoria L. Locsin.
Lucy briefly reminisced about their friendship and appreciated how they have remained good friends through the years.
She wrote, "We knew each other since we were little, we were classmates all through elementary where I would often be the muse and he, always my escort.
"We went to each other's birthday parties, we both grew up in Ormoc.
"Here we are in our elementary days, during the intramurals, in the quadrangle of St. Peter’s College. This particular event we were Cherokee indians.
"Many years later life found us working side by side as public servants — he is Vice Mayor, I am Representative, on the same team since Day 1, Ormoc under our watch. [heart emoji] @leolocsin"

Back in 2016, Toto found himself in the limelight when a photo of him and his mayor, Richard Gomez, went viral on Facebook.
Netizens dubbed them as "Ormoc Baes," acknowledging the vice mayor's good looks.
The extra attention surprised Toto, a father of two, as he much preferred to stay away from the spotlight.
As he told Inquirer.net in a May 2016 interview, "I just want to keep a low profile."
