Becoming a second-time dad at the age of 31 has its advantages.

According to model-businessman Hideo Muraoka, he is more prepared financially and emotionally.

At the recent event of SM Youth, he said, “Now I’m more mature, so I have more experience with the kid.

"Actually, I’m enjoying more because I have more resources now.

"When I had Daniela, my eldest, when I had her, I was 22. I was pretty young that time and, of course, I had many things in my mind.

“Right now, I can enjoy much more.”

He also has more time for his son Kenzo, who was born on June 15, 2019.

The Brapanese celebrity continued, “It’s always a new phase and they grow up so quickly, and I always try to be present as much as possible because they grow up so quickly.”

His wife Fatima Rabago seems to have easily recovered and lost the extra weight.

“She’s doing pretty good, even her Agua Swimwear business. She has been active, and started working out. But what’s helping her lose weight is the breastfeeding.”

Do they have plans of having a third baby?

“If it happens, we welcome. But I’m very happy that we had a boy. So now, I have a boy and a girl. It’s complete.”

HIDEO MURAOKA’S DAUGHTER

Hideo’s 10-year-old daughter Danda inherited the beautiful genes of her parents, and has been visible on the runways and billboards.

WIll he allow her to enter showbiz or just let her focus on modelling?

“If she wants to. Whatever she wants to do I’m here to support,” Hideo said.

“I don’t know if she’s a big fan of acting right now because she seems to like going to events like these.

“But she’s going to school so she’s more focused there. But she’s doing commercials and prints which is easier to manage.”

He and Fatima are advocates of a healthy lifestyle, are they strict about the diet of Dandan?

“Of course, yes. She eats whatever is put on the table, but she is allowed to eat chocolates. She is young, so we teach her that everything about balance.

“She eats what we eat at home so pretty much she’s exposed to healthy food most of the time. But as I said everything is about balance. She eats chocolates, she eats sweets with limitations, of course.”

It’s the same with fitness, they have been letting her join their workouts.

“But we don’t force her. When she did the Ninja race for kids, she was hesitating. And when she decided to join, we told her to enjoy it, and she doesn’t have to win.”

Danda finished second place.

She is very pretty. Is he like most dads who dread about that moment when their daughter starts dating?

Smiling, Hideo answered, “Oh, not really. My main goal is to build her self-esteem and self-confidence. And I’m actually teaching her jiu jitsu now and Mua Thai.”

Is he a strict dad?

“Not really, but I’m teaching her martial arts…I know she’ll be a pretty girl so she knows how to defend herself.”
