Saab Magalona is in the third trimester of her second pregnancy.

The celebrity mom tells her Instagram followers that the second round has been "a smooth one especially since this time it's a single pregnancy compared to last time's twin pregnancy."

But now, the soon-to-be mother of two is experiencing a different phase of motherhood because she will be taking care of one-year-old son Pancho, while she's pregnant.

"The hard part abt this one is being told by my doctor to take things slow, rest as much as I can, and to stop carrying Pancho," Saab writes in her latest Instagram post.

She has found it "very hard at first."

The musician-podcaster also feels "so guilty" asking her husband Jim Bacarro or Pancho's yaya to take over looking after Pancho whenever she has "less energy."

But this kind of experience has helped her realize something.

Her caption continues, "I thought about all the mothers who had no help in raising a baby, especially while pregnant!!

Saab then gives her followers suggestions on how to help these parents.

"If you know any overwhelmed parent, offer to take over for a few hours so they can take a much-deserved nap [two hearts emoji].

"If you're not qualified to handle a baby, wash the dishes, do their laundry or bring them some food to lessen their workload."
