Divine Lee and husband Blake Go have announced the arrival of their daughter Blanca Dietrich.
On Instagram, the celebrity mom tells the story behind Blanca's unique name.
Blanca, as the post says, "symbolizes purity and calm."
As for Dietrich, it means "ruler of people in ancient German."
Divine further reveals the backstory behind the second name.
Written as if it is Blanca talking, the post reads, "My parents picked this name during pride month. Mom was actually looking for a name traditionally used by boys that starts with a D.
"She believes that names are genderless. They came across Dietrich."
There is a famous Dietrich in film history: Marlene Dietrich, a popular German-American film actress and singer in the '30s and '40s.
Published as is, the post continues, "Marlene Dietrich is a known a feminist who excelled in film. But what people don't know is that she broke boundaries not just in film.
"She was one of the significant individuals who helped during the war. She was also the first woman who openly wore trousers, breaking boundaries set for females.
"She was one of the first women to break the taboo of wearing a suit on camera and once, was almost arrested for wearing a it in public.
"Mom named me after her to remind me that I don't have to fit in any glass slippers, there are no glass ceilings I can't break and no boundaries I can't surpass."
Divine gave birth to Blanca on October 1, at Chong Hua Hospital in Cebu.
Divine and Blake now have two kids. Their first child Baz was born on May 5, 2018.
When her son Baz was born, Divine also shared on Instagram the story behind his full name Basquiat Delfin.
Baz was named after Jean-Michel Basquiat, an American artist, and Delfin Lee (right in photo below), Divine's father.
